Want to leave all of the planning up to the experts? Let us plan every detail of your trip – accommodations, transportation, activities, guides, dining, spa, & local recommendations. Your itinerary will be tailor-made to you, and we will be there for you every step of the way.

FLIGHTS

Looking to book a flight? We are often able to receive discounted fares on certain classes of service (primarily premium economy, business class, first class) and offer 24/7 support should any issues arise while traveling.

Planning Process

 

  • First thing's first - this is all about YOU so let’s get to know each other! I’ll start with sending a short questionnaire or schedule a call to understand your personality, travel style, preferences, budget and any special requests.

    Have something specific in mind? Great! Let me help you execute your vision with logistical advice and first-hand intel. Starting from scratch? I’ve got you covered with expertise, personal experience, and wonderful relationships across the globe.

  • Now it’s time for the fun part - designing the trip of your dreams! I’ll take all the information you provided to design your custom and unique itinerary, recommending the best accommodations, activities, tours, and more to fit your budget and style. When your itinerary is ready, we will walk through it step-by-step, and make any and all tweaks until we have designed the perfect itinerary for you!

  • Once we have designed the perfect itinerary, I will move forward with confirming all the details - both big and small - including airline reservations, hotel bookings, private guides, transfers, excursions, and concierge services.

    I will work with our travel partners to get you VIP treatment, which often includes:

    • Daily breakfast.

    • $100 resort credit.

    • Upgrade upon arrival, subject to availability.

    • Early check-in / late check-out, subject to availability.

    Approximately one month prior to travel, I put the finishing touches on your itinerary, reconfirm all the details, and provide you with your final itinerary and documents in an easy-to-use app (usable on both iPhone and Android).

  • You’re off on the getaway of a lifetime! I’m here to support you throughout your trip and are eager to hear your stories upon your return.

Planning Fees

These are starting fees & a custom quote will be provided upon beginning the planning process.

Starts at $450 and is based upon the number of travelers and complexity of the trip

Includes destination recommendations along with a proposal & booking of hotels, transportation, trains, rental cars, guides, activities packaged into a custom and detailed itinerary

Planning fees will be set and charged at the beginning of the planning process

AIR TICKETING FEE

Starts at $55 per person
